Title: Aetna? Beasly? This coming week (Dec 20-23 or 28-30 timeframe)
Post by: Night Wolf on December 17, 2009, 08:04:39 PM
One of my best friends is flying over from Hawaii, arriving Saturday late afternoon. He is into off-road stuff too. I really enjoyed Aetna and Beasly the times I went and think it would be fun to go, but I don't like the idea of wheelin alone.

We would probably spend a night or two up there, but is anyone interested in wheelin? I've got the next 2 weeks off, not sure what everyone else is doing for time off. If you have any other places or ideas, let me know - I really wanna go wheelin and I know he was looking forward to it too!

No plans yet, but I will be spending Dec 24th-27th at my parents in FL, not sure whats going on for new years either. I'd go wheelin a few times/places if we can!

Just for fun, here is a little video made when I visited him in '05. He only had the truck a year or so and said that is when he used to baby it - not any more. I took the videos, he edited the film together. Hes seen all the wheelin trips I've been on and really like them.

I working on it, this is the first weekend we have not had anything on the radar in over a month, so if I keep this weekend good, then there is a slight chance to make that ride in my YJ. Might even take her down to Shorter Saturday and let her cycle some money through some slots, that would help. (LOL)  {toast}

Or Cherokee NC before or after the ride!  We might could do that!  Got any money that I can cycle through the black jack table for you?

we'll be spending Christmas at my parents place in FL, and Dec 27th is my moms birthday. Gotta see tho, we definitly want to go wheelin, so we may make the forest service road run and River Rock on the 1st...

but is anyone interested in meeting up and going to Aetna or Beasly anytime on/between Dec 28th-31st?
