Scenic Ride to Unicoi State Park
Back by 12:45-1:00
It is usually motorcycles & classic cars but, we have been invited as well. I will be at this ride and encourage anyone that wants to take a relaxing ride to help some great people out, to come.
Saturday, May 17th
9 AM Registration, Ride starts at 10 AM
Route:
Start at Challenged Child and Friends, 2360 Murphy Blvd., Gainesville, GA 30506 to Helen, GA and Unicoi State Park (with police escort) -- return to Challenged Child and Friends at approximately 1 PM.
Purpose: The “Ride for Jennie” is meant to remember how all of us loved Jennie Kern and how she loved all of us. Jennie was one of the first students who benefited from attending Challenged Child and Friends.
All proceeds from this event will go to Challenged Child and Friends in memory of Jennie Kern.

Registration:
Fees: $35 per driver. Drivers will receive a T-shirt, pizza and drinks at the end of the ride.
Passengers can purchase T-Shirts for $20 each.

What other than driving do we do? Sounds like a good oppurtunity to get out to the mountains. Top off, no rain... yeah right. I am interested. Let me know I know some good logging roads in the area to ride as well. :)

Wish I could, I am showing my Monte at the Year one expierience show at road atlanta tommorrow. Anybody going look for my blue '84 pro toured monte.

There was a huge turnout (not from here). Lots of motorcycles, vettes, a few camaros. Super nice day for a ride in the mountains. We had a nice police escort that allowed us to run multiple stop signs & redlights which is always fun.
