Interesting info about the money in driving a 1ton pickup for a living.

Watched 1 vag a hoe & the guys insurance was $1k a month, truck payment was close to that, plus fuel costs & he was still bringing home $4 or $5k a month.
He was single, in his 20s & working 6 or 7 days a week.
I've never been that ambitious.

Youtube got me sucked into a few of those videos. Gross income is high. Net is a lot lower after paying the company fees and then the stuff Dave mentioned. I could see someone being able to clear ~$50k but it would require a lot of days away from home.

We use hot shots 3-4 times a year. Most runs are to NYC https://www.coyote.com/
I had a neighbor that drove hot shots and vehicle deliveries. I would see him home on Saturdays and gone by Sunday afternoon. I think due to less regulation they regularly exceeded max drive hours and mileage.
