All thought out the day. Basically who ever wants to volunteer I will have everybody meet with Scott at the park and we will make up time slots

Ok, put me down for a couple of hours on the early shift. I do want to get a couple of trails in before I leave that afternoon.

Scott had said he would do 8 - 10
I said 10 - 12 and will have daughter & son in law helping me.

Yep I will take 8-10.
When I get some time tomorrow I will go through the thread and put together a list of gate volunteers that we have so far.
I will also be bring some nitrile gloves and trash bags to do a quick litter pick up on Sunday morning around the pavilion before heading out. I know Tom works hard to keep the area clean but the extra help will be appreciated I'm sure. Last year four of us spent about 20 minutes doing this on Sunday.
-
Front gate:
Ok so here is what I have going back through the thread.
Saturday
8-10 am Scott and Clark @clark123456
10am-12pm Kevin+daughter& son in law @tjsahara00, John @jd30005
Marc @ranier1315 and Chris @cosimpson - you guys also volunteered but not sure if your help will be needed elsewhere or at the gate. If nothing else, we can reduce the 2 hour shifts down with your help.
Friday I will talk with AOP staff to get an idea for what the procedure will be for the gate. Last year we walked up to the vehicles with clipboards as they pulled in on two side by side lanes, keeping people from having to get out and keeping the traffic at the gate flowing. Most likely this will be what we do again.
-
Last year I was the Gate Nazi.
I will help at gate or anything else on Saturday.
-
My son Bailey will help at Gate and so will Tony's son Hayden. I think Hayden's cousin is coming also Abby.
I have 2 other friends that are willing to help but we will touch base with them Saturday Morning.

That's right, I remember now Chris. It's a tough job but someone's got to do it. Lol

Everybody do me a huge favor these next few day and push some kind of advertisement on FaceBook and Instagram about crawling for Reid if you have a page.
We got some information this morning about the event and attendance. I want to blow the park out.

Bobby, what do you mean by this? Are there advance ticket sales? How do you have information about attendance?
-
No advance ticket sales. We have people tracking numbers based on last year at this time.

Ok but there's no valet service. Make sure to have two forms of ID.

For those working the gate, once I get more info at the park tomorrow I will send it out.

somebody throw some CFR pics on the CFR Facebook page so I can share 'em!! See yall tomorrow!!

I am happy to help in whatever way I can, at whatever time you might need me. Coming for Reid this weekend...wheeling is just a bonus. Scott, let me know if you need anymore help at the gate early tomorrow, and I can try and be there.
-
I would like to go ahead and tell everybody from our club how much it means to me that your here and helping. This event is just going to keep getting bigger and bigger. We couldn't pull it off without all of you pitching in and helping. We truly have the best group of friends that are involved in the same hobby that anybody could ask for. It doesn't matter if somebody breaks on a trail or a new member needs help on a trail everybody lends a hand. Once again Thank You!

Front gate Saturday:
8-10 am Scott, Clark @clark123456 , Ben @Krawler00
9 am-11am: Todd @tazstoy
10am - 12 pm: John @jd30005 , Kevin and daughter and son in law @tjsahara00
12pm-2pm: Marc @ranier1315 , Jason @RedDragonATL
We will have 3 to 4 lanes of traffic coming in the gate. We will be directing traffic in at the gate into the these lanes to keep the back up from stretching out into the road. We will take payment and have all attendees who are ariving sign the waiver from their vehicles, no need for them to exit the vehicle at the gate.
Thanks for all the help everyone!

In typical fashion, Todd's doing the work of 2-3 normal humans.

Very well organized @ the gate
our time went really good besides the
canopy trying to blow away......
-
The GaTR guys, and girls, that came out and volunteered hit a home run!!!!
Everything went smoother this year than last, Thank You all!!!!!!
-
Everyone I have talked to just keeps raving about how much fun they had! Great event!
-
We all did a great job on all parts of this event. Not one bad comment from anyone I ran into. Gate duty was way more fun than expected.

I agree. It was a great group on my shift and I enjoyed briefly chatting with the incoming attendees and the bonus was getting to drool over some of the over the top rigs rolling in.
-
Going to be coming to Crawling for Reid. Not sure what all is needed for help- but please let us know what we can do.
-
Right attitude, wrong thread. Lol
This is last years ride.
Hope to see you there.
