Garvin industries brand. This was on my TJ when I got it in 2012.
Rear Bumper - 54"x4"x2"
Rack - 34" wide x 18" deep x 54" high
Bumper has 2" hitch receiver and 2 shackle tabs. Tire carrier/rack can be mounted on the bumper. I have been running the bumper without the rack for the last 6 months. Rack has 2 PIAA lights on it that are 100% operational. Hi lift can be mounted on the rack as well as axe and shovel on inside.
