I have a birthday part on Jan 11th, who is planning to ride on Sunday Jan 12th?
If yes I would be going on Sat night, sleeping there and riding all Sunday until 4pm...

How were the trails moisture wise?I was expecting more moisture as it rained a lot last night there, but it was fair, the sky was nice and clear so the sun helped.

I was really concerned about the amount of leaves on some obstacles, I did one high descending that I almost lost control as the leaves made the jeep slide down out of any traction for some good 3 meters...
I liked the place, but definitely I need a Spotter to try other obstacles. :-)

I’m gonna be that guy that brings up the weather. Looking terrible especially for Saturday.I like the "ride Friday until the rain hits" idea. But only if it hits around 5.
I was planning to head there early Friday to beat traffic in ATL. If the hourly forecast looks like we can get a semi-full day in on Friday I’d be up for hitting it early and hauling ass when it starts raining if anyone else has all day Friday as well.

The storm that hits Saturday is suppose to be VERY bad. I have to go to a funeral Friday, or I would be wanting for a day ride.If those science-nerds are right, next week looks terrible too. At least 50% of rain from Monday through the 22nd

Had an awesome day trip to Choccoloco. Weather was great and even sun came out. Got there early and drove the park to see the condition of the trails. Meet up with Christoff and his son. We took the green trail to check out Boat ramp and get his feet wet with it being his second time off road. We left before the weather deteriorated. I didn't trailer out there and was kinda nice just hopping in the truck and taking off. Locked on hub when I got to the park and ready to go. I was impressed with the new radial tires on and off road. Those that did not come missed out.
Yup...good stuff. I wasn't planning to come out on Friday to wheel, so things just didn't work out for this trip. It looks like they're also on some wheels other than those ba Hutchinson BLs ?
I'll bet the weight difference changed the rig's characteristics off-road, too?

I have a suspicion that , on down the road a bit , those procomp MTs might find their way onto the beadlocks , but maybe I'm just projecting, heh.
