Our December ride will be at Durhamtown Plantation and is open to everyone that would like to ride. �
We will meet at the Clubhouse on Saturday at 10AM READY TO RIDE in the NEW PARK FIRST, MAP 2. You will need to arrive early and complete your registration and have your passes for the day. � Durhamtown is CRAZY on a Saturday morning.
We will return to the clubhouse area around 1PM to have lunch & Swap meet (bring any parts you have laying around), and then ride in the OLD PARK, MAP 1. �
Sunday rides will be at your leisure.
FEES:
1 Day Pass: $20.00 PER VEHICLE....Includes 1 Driver
2 Day Pass: $35/Driver
3 Day Pass: $50/Driver
$5.00 EACH ADDITIONAL PASSENGER
CHILDREN 10 & UNDER FREE (4X4 AREA ONLY) �
Night Rides:$15/Driver....$5.00/Passenger
CAMPING: �TENT CAMPING/PRIMITIVE CAMPING
BATHHOUSE AVAILABLE AT THE MAIN CAMPGROUND AREA NEAR THE LODGE.
Minimum $15 per site per night for 3 people, $5 per extra person per night.

From I-20 East, Take Exit 130 to Greensboro. Take a left off of the exit (light) �2 MILES At the 1st traffic light in Downtown Greensboro, take a right. Take a left at the next traffic light (The old Hardees building will be on your right) Follow straight �for 11 miles through the Penfield Community into Woodville. In Woodville at the caution light, go straight (crossing over Hwy 77 in Woodville.) � PEACHTREE STREET Continue on the main road for 3.3 miles to the stop sign. ( Please note: 1.5 miles �bear right in curve) At the 4-way stop, take a left onto Randolph Church Rd and go 3.5 miles, Durhamtown will be on your right.

There was still a little snow at D town when we were there last year. Nip Slip was really fun, but everything else involved some form of rut digging.

So do we want to get some range time? I am good either way. I am only doing a saturday ride so I am not sure we can do it all in one day. I want to see all the new stuff that's there. Who is our guide for the new area? I hear the map sucks :-X

I could do a lunch time shoot. Sounds like there is only 1 part of the park I will want to wheel anyways. I don't like mud and I don't like the rock pile stuff, I just like the rocks on a trail. I think I have seen more severe broke parts from rock piles than I have on trails.

Hey guys....this is Danny's wife. I read the earlier posts, and I'm not looking to start a cupcake turf war, but I do love to bake & my policy on cupcakes is always the more the merrier, so does anybody have any requests as to what type of cupcakes I should make? I'll stick to non-alcoholic since those should be covered. Just let me know if any of you have any ideas!

I've been looking forward to this meet since I first caught wind, but it doesnt look like I'm gonna make it due to repairs on my rig.
I was out this afternoon on a friends land crawling down a revine I play in on a normal basis.... On the way down the rock face there is a 2' rock ledge drop. Not usually a problem. Keep in mind this is a fairly steep, slightly off-camber drop. Low and behold underneath me, the rock my front tires are on does a teeter-totter move on me, breaks in 2, and suplex drops my front end into it's twin brother and now jagged other half, splitting my radiator into 2 nicely cut halfs

So now I'm not only left with the bad carrier bearing I've been needing to fix, but I'm also in the market for a new radiator.
I'm praying for a good week here at work, otherwise I'm going to be waiting for pics....

I can't make it Saturday (niece's graduation party and then a seminar); however, I am interested in coming Sunday if anyone will be there. If you're going (or will already be there) Sunday, let me know when!

Not that I am aware of Larry. Check their site. It seems to be busy all the time. But in winter, it should be a bit less crowded.

Ok, so we are eating a picnic lunch right? Nothing at night? I am thinking I may head down friday night and camp in the sub so I don't have to get up and leave at 6am. Will the front TJ shaft work on a 04 Rubi? Would love to have that as a spare and i know the Rubi axle is not a true 44... Im bringing a Hi-Lift jack mount that goes on the hinges of the hood made by Warrior products it is new. Also door entry plastic cover new in the package, all this stuff came off a 2000 TJ....have some other stuff laying around too...Looking forward to seeing everyone. I will be there Friday night leaving sunday some time...

Getting closer guys and gals. {letseat} Just be sure and remember we are meeting at 10am for a drivers meeting! Please be sure to get there early and get inside to do all your paperwork and pay. There is usually a line to get in to do this. You have to fill out an online form in the building or you can do it online, print it and get paid up. We understand some things can happen to make you late, but we cannot hold out for stragglers. Please also make sure that you have aired down, disconnected any sway bars and your rig is all ready to hit the trails. It can be very frustrating for many of us to have to wait while a few guys air down, disconnect etc. If you have questions about any of this, please ask one of us and we will be glad to help you get it done and explain the benefits if you have not done these things before. We want to make this a full day of riding and fellowship and we have a large group to keep on track. Drivers meeting should take no longer than 10-15 minutes at best. Just an overview of the day and what to expect on the trails and our trail rules. We will then be rolling out. I think we will need to move the meeting place to another area as Saturdays are extremely busy near the clubhouse and there is limited room for gathering with the # of guys and vehicles we have coming. We will post the meeting location as it gets closer to d day. {cheers2}

There is a dirt area on the way to the old park about 100 ft. from the lodge parking area, on the right side of the road.. its a really good area to air down, disconnect, etc... it works out pretty good for everyone to pay get the wristband and go line up at this area? just an idea...

For the first time I am ready ahead of time!! This cold weather gets me excited. The weather forcast says 55 & sunny.
