anyone know if we are allowed (if we have a GA carry permit.) to carry say at a Fair? like Duluth or the Snellville city fair?
-
Yea but technically if the fair is posted no firearms your not suppose to. But if it's concealed good who will know. I carry everywhere except court houses when I have to go to city hall for work.

thanks bobby. i dont see anything on their website , figure i can hide that little 38 easyly, just pull my shirt out and over, .. if i see a posted sign, i may go put it back in my jeep.. .. or not. lol
-
Yup. Only 2 places you cannot carry in GA. Schools and courts. Other than that you are free to do as YOU like. A posted no gun sign means absolutely nothing to me. I do not usually open carry but sometimes I do in the winter with the 1911. Hard to conceal that one //salute//

Last I read, if they ask you to leave because of the open carry and didnt, then that would be considered truspassing.

True. As long as I don't disclose it or expose/open carry it won't be an issue. If they do find out and ask me to remove it, I go with the gun and so does my money.....

Yup. hit the nail on the head there...

Bottom line conceal it correctly and nobody will know you have it
