*BKORP is FOR SALE*

Stevenson, AL (Jackson County)
605 acres
1550ft home (3br 2.5ba, hardwood, stone wood burning fireplace, metal siding/roof, wraparound concrete porch, cable/WiFi, built in 2007)
30x40ft enclosed/insulated shop with 15ft covered wings on 3 sides (45x70ft concrete pad total, built in 2007)
1 acre pond
40x60 pole barn/pavilion
1.5mi+ gravel entrance road/driveway
1700+ft road frontage on HWY 117
50+ trails and obstacles
1 mile long short course track

The time has come to move on from BKORP. This is one of the most scenic tracts of land you will find, adjacent to the Crow Creek Refuge. Move-in ready home with a large shop for all your tools, vehicles, and equipment. 11 years worth of scouting and building permanent tree stands throughout the property (covered up with deer/turkey). Over 2 years of 4x4 trail building, everything from mild to wild. Numerous rock obstacles and miles of trails for hosting hill climb and endurance racing. For the rifle enthusiast, shoot up to 600yd from the comfort of your front porch. 1000+yd shots can also be safely made within the property. The timber was professionally valued in July 2018. $286k (net to the owner) in marketable timber could be obtained without hurting the overall value of the property.

Since this was a part-time venture, BKORP has been operated as “events only”, and has proven to be a profitable concept. We have been fortunate to host several large races and events. While I strongly believe a full-time off road park business could easily pay for itself, I cannot prove it on paper. Therefore, no additional value has been added to the sale price.

$1.5M

Inquire at bustedknuckleorp@gmail.com

BKORP will continue to operate as normal unless otherwise notified. Check the events tab for ride dates.

Nothing wrong with it.  I changed axles so it wouldn’t work for me anymore.

Anything wrong with it or did you just go to 1350s? If it’s still good I’ll take it

For those that do t get on Facebook Reid needs some big prayers this week. He is having to stay in Minnesota this week for a very important emergency surgery.

Basically he was in Minnesota the end of last week for his check up with his doctor. He was diagnosed with Sticture which is a scarring and narrowing of the throat.  The epiglottis the small flap that closes off your windpipe while drinking has been enlarged and causing problems. They are talking about going in with a laser and cutting off the enlarged scar tissue.

Reid has been having a real hard time lately and this procedure needs to work. Just a reminder he doesn’t eat any food by mouth. He is fed from a feeding to tube in his stomach. He will drink water through his mouth but the internal blistering is just from breathing.

I will post an update when I know more but please say a prayer.

Pretty cool, John.
My wife told her dad when she was 16 that she wanted him to teach her to change her own tire. She didn't want to be one of those damn woman who couldn't change a flat. Her words.

I have my own dad moment too.
My son opted not to have a birthday party. Instead he wanted to use the $ to get the latest gaming devise. My 11 year old old daughter LOVES everyrhing about CFR. Especially Reid.

She comes to me & asked if she can skip her party & keep the money. I say yes & ask what she plans to buy with it.
She tells me she wants to give the money to Reid.

I was stunned & proud.
That cool.
