Have any of you eaten at Burger21? If so, would you go back? What would you compare it?

Couldn't cook one to my order of medium rare

Have eaten there, never went back. Over priced for what it was. Seems like more of a niche restaurant for hipsters to tell their friends about than a good burger joint.
Nothing beats a vortex burger anyway

That is bacteria hell. Like the kind that makes you put your guts.
I can do a steak but only will I ever eat ground product of any kind well done.

I appreciate your expert opinion coming from the food industry. It could be bad and deadly. I don't want to know what you know lol.
We eat them medium rare at home and in certain restaurants as long as they clean and grind their own meat and follow safe slaughtering guidelines it should be OK. Our butcher will grind us some while we wait. I've eaten a lot scarier things globally i promise. Of course there is always the chance someone didn't follow the rules,

I'm supposed to have dinner there with my best friend tonight...but I'm considering suggesting another place. I know i like the hangover burger at Twin Peaks...and the 'scenic views' are great.

I've never been to Burger 21 either. Honestly I've never eaten at the Vortex but have heard numerous times how good their burgers are.
