Dude, is your company hiring... I would not know how to act with a mandatory 17 day vacation... sign me up...

I get 5 weeks vacation and 1 week sick but just like RW, it is almost impossible to get more than a week at a time unless you request it a couple YEARS in advance. I am taking two weeks straight in 2010 to spend a week in Disney and then a week on the beach with the wife and our 3 kids. I have also requested 4 weeks straight for 2012 to take a motorcycle tour around the US, down in to mexico and up in to Canada. ;D
