Last couple times they had one of these it looked like a Giant 4WP Store where they upped their prices and then drew a line through it so they could show they were giving you a discount. If you need stuff and don't wanna order it it makes sense other wise, eh, its just a show.... my .02 cents...

I'm a definite maybe.  Depending on a potential conflict.  It's a good show to walk around, check stuff out and socialize.

Nothing with Jeepfest in the name is anything to get excited about. But it’s better than a weekend gardening.

I have a Jeepfest question. The agenda listed on the website is fairly vague. I have never been before but did sign up for this year. What are the specific trails that have been included in years past? Website just says "trail rides".

This is not Sherrif's jeepfest.  This i just a show at Cobb Galleria, no trails.

I've never been but used to ride with the club that helps out with the event.  One set of trails is at a guy named Jay's land, nothing real tough that I ever saw when I wheeled there.  The other was some other guy's land that is near the Jeepfest main location with the obstacle course, etc.  More mild trails except one pretty good ledge up a little waterfall that's a little tough without 35s/lockers but pretty easy with.  The obstacle course can be fun, too.  Overall nothing more than easy trails and a lot of people on them from pictures I saw.

I'm planning to stop by the 4WP event tomorrow morning right around 10 with a couple buddies.  One guy has a Tacoma and has done some light wheeling with me, it'll be another good introduction to the sport for him I think.

Ah that’s confusing to someone who associates Jeepfest to jasper. Yeah I figured the Cobb galleria event will basically be a trade show promoting 4 wheel parts and all of their products with no better discounts than you could get during one of the holidays. I will start a thread for this years real Jeepfest. I have lots of questions.

Did anybody see the VR thing? They had it set up for kids to “drive” the Moab rim trail(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180730/25cef118081f5e5d5e492f8689a58e69.jpg)

Y’all were right when you said it wasn’t anything to write home about. I really didn’t see any “factory direct pricing” either. All the smittybilt stuff was only about 10-15% cheaper than what 4 wheel parts typically sells it at. It’s all made in China anyways and 4WP has got to be making at least 30-40% on those items. I had more fun walking the parking deck/lot and checking out the actual real world Jeeps.
