*BKORP is FOR SALE*
Stevenson, AL (Jackson County)
605 acres
1550ft home (3br 2.5ba, hardwood, stone wood burning fireplace, metal siding/roof, wraparound concrete porch, cable/WiFi, built in 2007)
30x40ft enclosed/insulated shop with 15ft covered wings on 3 sides (45x70ft concrete pad total, built in 2007)
1 acre pond
40x60 pole barn/pavilion
1.5mi+ gravel entrance road/driveway
1700+ft road frontage on HWY 117
50+ trails and obstacles
1 mile long short course track
The time has come to move on from BKORP. This is one of the most scenic tracts of land you will find, adjacent to the Crow Creek Refuge. Move-in ready home with a large shop for all your tools, vehicles, and equipment. 11 years worth of scouting and building permanent tree stands throughout the property (covered up with deer/turkey). Over 2 years of 4x4 trail building, everything from mild to wild. Numerous rock obstacles and miles of trails for hosting hill climb and endurance racing. For the rifle enthusiast, shoot up to 600yd from the comfort of your front porch. 1000+yd shots can also be safely made within the property. The timber was professionally valued in July 2018. $286k (net to the owner) in marketable timber could be obtained without hurting the overall value of the property.
Since this was a part-time venture, BKORP has been operated as “events only”, and has proven to be a profitable concept. We have been fortunate to host several large races and events. While I strongly believe a full-time off road park business could easily pay for itself, I cannot prove it on paper. Therefore, no additional value has been added to the sale price.
$1.5M
Inquire at bustedknuckleorp@gmail.com
BKORP will continue to operate as normal unless otherwise notified. Check the events tab for ride dates.

Let's see a property valuation, tax assessor value, certified financial and the EBITDA, then we'll know what it's worth.

There probably isn’t enough proof. He was only open for special events so I am sure he had good numbers on those weekend.

Isn’t this the guy that’s sponsored by his parents?

I don’t know about that. I wouldn’t be surprised if his parents weren’t involved.

The guy from BK said once his house is built & paid for he is going to find some land & open up another BKORP.

From what i've been told the guy from busted knuckle never owned it. He just attached busted knuckle to it to draw people in. Supposedly the guy who owned it got tired of picking up after people (especially RBD) and decided to sell it. Can't say i blame him though because all of yall are total slobs on the trail. haha
