I don't think so, the rear window is wrong for a GT. Whatever it is, its a single seater.
-
Your'e all wrong! 2 seater car. Hint... 1970-1971 was the life span for this one. {popcorn}
-
Turn the front clip over, then I'll guess.
I would have said GT40, but the fins and rear window are wrong.

Plymouth SuperBird or Dodge Daytona

Hint #2 it's a Ferrari. Come on guys!!
-
Ferrari 512S
-
BINGO! will also be doing the M and sunoco M versions as well.
You know after I said Ferrari or googled the info? Anyway, been reviewing the body shape the last few days and have the entire pattern at a show in germany. This car is going to be sick. $300 retail and around 800 parts in it when done. 1:18 scale. The program is around $200,000 to get it into production! :o I will post more pics with the progression. Some of you might like to see the process of making a model. About a year or so to complete it.
-
I googled 1970 ferrari earlier with no luck when you said it was a 70-71, then googled 1970 ferrari race trim a little bit ago and figured it out.
I get a free one for guessing it, right? :D
-
:D My cost is still too rich for my blood! Our 1:8 330P4 is $4000.00 retail. Crazy!
-
Good guess Jimmy {toast} For some reason I thought someone had said Ferrari on the first page so didn't even try looking at them.
-
Hey Chuck, raining yet down there? ;)

Just a quick update, I got more parts in for the ferrari. :o And got another car to review can you guess what the dark grey one is? Should be pretty easy.

Funny, when you first posted this Ferrari was my first thought, but I could not find one made only those two years.
You've got me wanting to build a model car now. Time for a trip to Hobby Town.
