Golden Mt. Pre-Run Ride
As many of you know, we are working on getting the park ready to open. For those that don't here's a link to more info and a few pics... http://cumberlandoffroad.com/communityserver/forums/thread/811.aspx
We have decided to have a ride to let anyone interested check out the park and give some feed back on what they would like to see with the trails or facilities. We do not have all the trails finished but should have plenty to keep everyone busy and offer an opportunity to check out the terrain and facilities. Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
This is going to be a free admission ride. Gates will be open from 7am on Saturday the 19th until 5pm on Sunday the 20th. Camping is welcome and we will have a meeting/hang-out Saturday night at the big pavilion on top of the mountain. We have several charcoal grills so bring your supplies and kick back for awhile and tell us what you think.
Please keep in mind this is a work in progress and we do not have trails marked with signs or maps made yet. I will make up some basic hand drawn maps so you can find your way around and mark trail heads for easy, moderate, or difficult.
