We have gone to GMRS radios as a club. Most have completely ditched CBs. I think we have some guys running HAM as well. There are a few threads pinned at the top of the CB talk forum in shop talk.

There are combo GMRS/Ham, but no CB/Ham

BTech has some on Amazon that work well. They do the 2 meter Ham channels and the 460mhz GMRS channels

I run the 25w version of this one , decent quality, will broadcast on gmrs/frs freq (not legally). Pick up the cable to ease programing .

I recently picked up the Btech UV-25x2 (same radio as quite a few here) & programming cable. Super simple to program using Chirp.
