Title: " 'twas the day before Christmas". My twist

Twas the day before Christmas
The fog thick and heavy
Not a 4X4 was stirring
Not even my Chevy
It was so quiet
Not even any peeps
All of that changed with the roar of
The jeeps
Up the hills, no sign of the Grinch
Over the rocks, time to  break out the winch
Fun was had and stories were shared
Carnage happened but no one cared
AllSouth was called
And a message was sent
The ride is over and everything is bent
The kids are in bed fast asleep
I really think it's time to get me a jeep
