Not putting weights back makes zero sense to me either. Treat returning weights like itís part of the workout.

One of the few things thatís decent about my Goldís in Woodstock is that people do put their weights back.

At Lifetime, the workers set up our racks and return weights for us. I just meant for regular gyms.

Jumping into this without having read everything word for word.  My wife got me started on Orangetheory Fitness last year. Iíve been a runner since 2010 and got burned out on it. OTF is great and now that I travel for work it works out really well because I can go to any studio. If youíre looking for something different itís awesome. Itís high intensity interval training, so you get a good mix of base (not strenuous), push (moderately strenuous), and all-out (as it says). Much better than just jogging for miles and miles. I really enjoy it.

Racing legend Pistol Pete was involved in what sounds like a RZR racing accident in Mexico today and died from his injuries. Only article I saw referencing the accident was a roughly translated Mexican press release
