ISO Cummins stuff

I have a chance to buy a 1990 Dodge 250 4x4 cheap, the tranny is out, factory was an auto, so im in search of either a replacement auto or a 5 spd with pedals. I can buy a reman for around $1200, so i dont wanna get crazy $$ on a new one. This is a shop truck project, so payment will be by check (have to have receipts and records). Let me know what ya got
