Title: wtb spares... stock tj/lj automatic stuff
Post by: 8lugLJ on June 22, 2015, 09:01:03 AM
trying to get some trail spares together, need a few bits and pieces, just let me know what youve got and what kinda $$..

i need...

Front and rear driveshafts, im unsure honestly if rubi shafts' yolks are diff ujoint, but i think any tj/lj shaft will work for what i want, i have to have them cut down and made the right length anyways.

inner front axle shafts for a rubicon d44 (TJ/LJ)

outer fronts are 19 spline(?) chevy d44, for locking hubs

pair or even a single warn, factory ford, chevy, whatever brand locking hub assembly for a d44

thanks guys, i know i can junkyard all this, but typing is way easier lol

I dont know if it is heavy walled or not.  The previous owner of the LJ told me that it had Tom woods shafts front and rear. I had the rear lengthen and changed to 1440 on the axle end. I couldn't reuse the front because I put a   flange yoke on the front of the tcase and my axle is 1350.  I hadn't even thought of selling it because of the low odds of someone close by having a tj Rubicon and wanting a spare front shaft.

Larry are you planning on making any of these upcoming rides?

I don't have any high hopes of making a ride anytime soon.  Working way too much. Some of these upcoming rides you will be driving right past the  Dalton exit and I could meet there.

I live in Chatsworth just a mile or two from 411 and eton. I could meet you where 411 and 64 cross.
