I ended up just welding a nut to the head to get them out. I also tied in my harness bar to the b-piller and put on my free rims. You get some funny looks riding around without a windshield ;D

You do know that is illegal and also very dangerous, correct?
-
Yea i know, just back roads to home depot less than a mile away. As long as you are under 35 it is enjoyable.
-
Sweet. You still gonna get rid of those corners this summer? ;D

Just don't get behind anyone or you may lose an eye or a tooth. Bugs in the mouth sucks also. :o

Will, I am still thinking about it ;D....I just put it back on with some grade 8 bolts so it will be easy to take off on the trail (the reason i took it off).

I need to replace one of the j-nut behind the lower part of the hinge on the front. Was that easy to get to with the hinge off?

I welded a nut on each one and it was easy. Only took 30 min to do about 10 bolts and put the new ones in.
