Nope.

Car looks good but it is slow, no good performance parts, the ones available are expensive (Trust me on this).  ;) I would never have a 1996-1998 4.6L 2v.

are those not SC? I learned the hard way, unless its boosted its probably slow. Yeah a lot of NA work can be done but it needs to be a lot. Not to mention when you buy a used mustang like that it has been ragged on by the previous owner so who knows what is ready to break.

what the hell are you thinking?? why would you even think about driving a FORD.. i mean come on driving a FORD is like having sex with fat chicks.. they are fun to ride but you dont want your friends to see you in one...

Most stang's dont really have any go go juice anyway... stick with the Jeep... better looking and alot cooler less maintance women dig jeeps over stangs

if you want to go fast in that year range its hard to pass up a good LS1 camaro or TA. they will kill mustangs from around the same time and are a hell of alot cheaper to mod.

I am not a ford man in any way. Grew up a chevy man! Other than a Jeep that is the only way to go. Ok, now as far as trading or getting rid of the Jeep for that one. No way! I work with a mustang freak and he thinks the same as these guys do. You don't want it. Slow and too much $ to make it fast. Now a notchback is the way to go for sure in mustang land. But good luck finding one for a decent price!
