I thought I would throw this out there in case anyone was interested.
We were bummed to miss the trip up to Kentucky and are itching to hit some trails. We are planning a day trip to River Rock on Saturday, 11/3.
-
Might be interested. Not sure if I have anything to do yet Saturday or not though...

@Will, sounds like fun, we all have a lot of memories there including putting on the 1st GATRFEST and all the "nice" GA College friends you would bring over lol.
Linda and I will be at the cabin and around Milly Fri night and Sat at the Alpha Delta Pi parent events and might drive the Jeep if I don't have to pull the boat. I'll know tomorrow. We have to drive home Sat night, I fly out to Asia Sunday.
I really want to watch the DAWGS at 3:30!
I hope they can increase the # of difficult trails/obstacles so that there are enough challenges for our CORE group and we can have a ride there. Hard to do without much natural rock.

@DOUG
We will be heading down on Saturday morning. We MIGHT stay the night if the festivities look fun and there’s a hotel room available. But for the moment, we are planning to head back Saturday night.
If y’all find a break in the action come on out if you think you’ll have enough time. We talked about maybe grabbing dinner at The Brick on the way out.
We will have the Dawgs on in the JL on the trail! Got that hotspot!
-
Well I managed to get a depressingly small amount of photos on the trail but that’s because we were having too much fun to worry about it. We got to catch up with some old friends and had a great time in the JL. Steve has cut a bypass loop that pretty goes the whole park so you can easily get to any of the action.
Here’s the few photos that we did get.

Looks like it was a blast! I spy several familiar rigs.

Same
I think I see Mark and his XJ.
That last pic of the little ones all crashed out is great. That’s the sign of a successful day
-
Yea that’s him and Logan was there as well in his white XJ.

It was great to see y'all

It was good to see y’all too! It’s been a long time. River smiled from ear to ear when he saw Madison. We caught up with Doug in downtown Milledgeville in front of the Georgia Game. Go Dawgs!

Man, that looks like an awesome trip! Perfect weather, good fun for the family!

The weather could not have been better. 65 and sunny during the day. He plans to do this ride every year and there’s a really good mix of different types of rigs. We will be back again next year.
