Welp, sounds like he’s pissing of a lot of people by telling the truth. I don’t understand the arrogance of the ATF though. It’s very clearly written in the law what makes a frame/receiver.

How would changing the writing of this to include receivers composed of multiple parts make life more difficult for law abiding citizens? Not trying to trigger anyone, I’m genuinely asking
