Sherry took the grandkids to a trampoline place for about 1o minutes lol.

Hope she put him on the side of the Jeep that leans away from the break.

Damn. Sorry to hear that Chuck.  This trampoline places keep the emergency rooms open man.  They are awful

Dr's confirmed today. Broken humerus just under the growth plate so most likely no surgery will be required.

I guess things are different these days. You can clearly see the break in his arm (x-ray) but they're not putting a cast on. Got him a sling.

iirc, children w/ their growth plates & faster bone growth & building can often just let cleaner breaks remain isolated & they'll healup thru normal growth if in a situation not needing a set or a green line fracture ...but only for kids who are likely to be able to let it heal /mend.   

hope he is better fast
