Title: 60inch Hi-Lift Jack
Post by: Scott F. on August 05, 2018, 08:45:15 PM
60” Hi lift. The paint on the handle is flaking off at the top and has surface rust from being mounted outside in the weather. I can get better close up pics if anyone wants them. I can bring this to Golden in two weeks for anyone going.

$50

not sure if 60 will lift ours enough but open to your knowledge. It is 4.5 lift on 35s. and an XJ.

60” is the taller version of hi lift.  Do you have strong bumpers on the front and rear with good points to lift from?  How about strong rock sliders?

Curious, what are you trying to do that you think a 5ft jack isn't enough?

we are still building the XJ, we will have strong bumpers and eventually sliders, but currently stock bumpers and no sliders. I plan on getting good lift points when I build it. I was interested after seeing that you can buy them for basically 69-99 bucks. This is my 15 yr old's  project and we are trying to build it cheap...currently looking for a HI-lift, new tires, and bumper material.

Sounds like a good project. If you decide you want a hi-lift, I still have this one available.

On my TJ I used 2 muffler clamps fashioned around my roll bar.
I moved it to my rear bumper later.
We drilled 2 holes in the bumper, slide 2 bolts up from the bottom & my dad burned them in. Worked great.
I've seen them mounted to the rear passengers floor, under the rear seat, on the back seat & hood  [no] .
The options are limited to your imagination.

I don't have any accessories with mine, but it looks
like they would be handy after seeing some of them.
