I thought it would be interesting to see what type of fluids you old timers recommend.
I am running:
10W-30 Castrol GTX in the motor
I am running:
Mobile 1 Synthetic 90W in front and rear diffs.
I also would appreciate some options on the best grease to use in the ole zirks....

Quaker state 10w-30 in the engine
Royal purple in the trans and transfercase
90W in front and rear diffs
As far as lube for joints etc. I am not sure what was used on mine. I took it to a buddy and need to get a grease gun so I can do it myself.

Advance auto parts oil 10-40 thru 20-50 depending on the weather. I've owned and sold about 1000 cars and never had an engine oil related problem that I'm aware of. I'll be using it forever I think.

All synthetic in the YJ (red line) products.
All Dino in the XJ for now. Havoline

Usually Bud Light, sometimes Early Times. Just depends on the day :P
I just run Castrol dinosaur brand.

Didn't think about the other fluids but that would be Cruzan and Diet and a few Coors lights or Corona's thrown in for good measure.

whatever 10/30 in the engine. Usually castrol.
Castrol in the t-case.
Valvoline Synthetic in the diffs. $5 a quart!!! ;) I go through way too much of that crap to buy anything else.

It has been long enough from my last oil change that I cant remember what I use.... I know its a Black bottle and its synthetic blend and I believe 5w20 per the manual for both the Liberty and Wrangler. Last time I did diffs on the old JK i used Royal Purple but I will probably use a little cheaper brand this time. I got about 5k miles before the recommended diff fluid change. I hope to get new covers by then
