Awesome setup Sam. Definitely a plus that you found a place with a pool. I have met with 2 pool contractors/designers so far for a pool design for our new place in Woodstock. Once we sell our place in Johns Creek next spring that will free up some capital for the pool project. I just got these designs last week.

That’s incredible john. Ashley wants a covered area for the pool but that will be long after I get the garage built.

Any discussion of the hot tub near the outdoor living space and tv? We watch a lot of games from the hot tub at the lake.
And the social group in the hot tub can hang with the dry crowd and bring them drinks in the hot tub lol

Good point. We are still very much in planning stages. The current design is a starting point. The mock-up doesn’t show it but the outdoor living space will have a bathroom and storage area on either side of the fireplace. Don’t want to have to go far if nature calls while hanging out. Kind of like this.

Both the pools setups at the parents houses have bathhouses and they always talk about how much traffic it keeps out of the house itself and how they wouldnt have it any other way.
