Dawn's gona be in Washington that week, so most of our play $ is going to that. Even if I were able to go, I'd only be able to do Sat to Sun. and it'd be next to impossible to get approval from my unit to go such a distance because of my on going mission.
There is always at least some slight chance though. But I'm not betting on it.
On another note, we got spark to the engine on the buggy today so we should have it running tomorrow. No way I'm missing windrock!

Just got the Jeep back from Allsouth having a motor put in...planning this to be my first official ride, as a GATR and Jeep owner {letseat} pretty stoked!!
No juicy details...went with the stock motor but Allsouth gave me a pretty sweet deal and fixed a few other things for me!

My only hang up is I had to put my spare tire on because I discovered yesterday as I was leaving Allsouth that one of my main ones has a busted belt insude. So, now I have that as a trail spare, but that's about all it's good for. Not sweating it though.

as of right now they haven't totaled the jeep out but i am hoping so and having a new one by windrock and if not then danny and the boys from allsouth will have fun trying to find stuff to put on it hahahaha so far total damage as i know of right now is 8600 dollars worth of damage. but the full size truck i hit is a total lost.

I'm in! As of now, it's just me so I plan on camping. I'll call tomorrow and try to get a camp site near Kent. I plan to drive up on Friday morning and should arrive around 10 or 11 am. I'll update this post once I've confirmed my plans. Looking forward to a great trip. ;D

I never camped in the cold growing up or as a young adult and didnt know what i was missing.

Kent, you will come to the campground entrance first. Set up, and then head over to the Snack Shack.

Yes, that is the way we will go in.
Take a look at the map of the trails I posted awhile back. There is more than we can do in a week, so we will focus on the rocks and not the dirt roads.
Not going to make this one, guys. Truck is mostly back together, but my boys have a karate graduation & tournament this weekend and my older son is starting basketball practice on Saturday. I also wouldn't be able to head up early at all, so it would be a long trip and most likely two hotel rooms for just a few hours of wheeling. You guys have fun and be safe and take lots of pics!

It's official, we're not going to make it this time. My sister is stopping in this weekend on her way to the okenfenokee swamp, so I guess I have to stay home and visit. You all have a great time and take lots of pics. Maybe we will make the core ride next month!
