Saw that going around Facebook groups as well. Morris Mountain shared it. Not cool.

Im lost on this. all i see is that they are required to carry the proper insurance now?? whats the big deal about paying for insurance coverage you should already have.

Before anyone screams "its expensive and they cant pay" then wtf are we paying to ride there for? hardly any of these parks do actual maintenance and the land is usually a tax writeoff anyways.

I believe they do have some insurance but not 5 million dollars worth. And I might be going out on a limb here but I'm guessing you pay them to ride on their property and it's income to them.

No More Government
I'm good with ride at your own risk. Park gets rich and doesn't do maintenance, I'm good. I just need a place to ride.
You die, well you shouldn't have been there. Make people take responsibility for being dumb. Not pass laws to protect the stupid.

FOR REALLLL?? I just figured I was paying for parking and riding illegally and luckily I never got caught!!

Dude. Its not that expensive, I have had to carry liability and umbrella coverage for years on multiple businesses. My bad for thinking if I have to pay then everyone should, seems fair.
