The Adventure Off Road Park is a 500 acre park dedicated to off road enthusiasts and outdoor enthusiasts.

The Adventure Off Road Park is a paradise for off road vehicles and outdoor enthusiasts. With 500 acres of land, and over 77 trails, the AOP has something to offer all levels of off road enthusiasts.

I remember a while ago they had a whole bunch of high horsepower buggies come in and tear the place up. I haven't been there since last March though, this park seems to change every time though. Always a blast. Too bad I'll have to miss it.

The fire rings would be first come first served for the early arrivals. It looks like in videos they have added a rock course in the middle of the field since last year.

Kelly and I just renewed our membership here in April. A lot has changed since our group has gone together. The trail 30 (difficult to the extreme when wet and requiring much cable) has been changed to a black (is now #50) as many of the trails surrounding it. Tom has built several new trails, The blue nineties are awesome. Lots of more rock showing on the trails. #25 has lost a great deal of its filler and is a fantastic rock course. The camping is fantastic and tom has done some wonderful upgrades in the facilities including new showers and bathrooms and the new obstacle course too.

John and I are meeting at the HD on Wade Green road, like we did for Golden Mtn, and then we'll head from there. Meeting at 7:30am. I will likely not have the CB installed in the truck by then...but we'll see what I can come up with.

Post by: clark123456 on June 17, 2014, 09:38:44 PM: I have ordered a Midland 75-822 handheld cb for the tow pig for this trip. I didn't want to go through the trouble (and risk) of mounting a real cb in the new truck...I'm hoping i can communicate with you guys on the way up.

It is going to be warn in the tents at night, if the weather predictions are accurate.

yeah, the angle makes it look worse than reality, although since I dropped the spare tire carrier it is sitting a little higher in the rear.

Kirk, it is too late to change the meeting point. We should be passing by that exit around 7:50. I'll be driving 65mph, so you can meet us on the road, assuming the group doesn't want to stop at McDonald's for breakfast. I'm indifferent to whether we stop, so we'll see if there is anyone with a firm stance on the matter.

Going forward, that exit would be a good meeting point for the places in Tennessee...noted!

If you GPS pulls up Ellis Cove Road S Pittsburg, Tn....you'll be good. Once you are on Ellis Cove rd, take it to the end and you're there.
