Thanks, I thought it turned out pretty good. All hand built by me and Terri. There was nothing there before but grass...
A before pic... Although it doesn't show the whole area , the nearest corner of the deck here is the corner of the new screened porch.

That has to do with the size of the tub and the quality of the brand. Cheaper brands use less insulation.
My hot tub added +- $60 to my electric bill per month and I purchased one of the better brands.
Has definitely been a good investment. Works wonders on sore joints.
