Title: Upgraded trans fluid??

I am toying with the notion of switching out my trans fluid with something other than the oem fluid. I have some sticky shifting from 1st to 2nd and 3rd seems to have a slight catch as well. I just wanted to know if anyone has made the switch and if there is any difference? Other issue is the trans in my TJ sounds like a diesal truck rattling off... which is normal but I am wanting to try something different now.

I heard 1st to 2nd was like this in TJ's but this is my second trans. I don't recall it doing it before. Just looking for something to make it more tollerable.
