The 400 acre park gives OHV enthusiasts, of all skill levels, an entire mountain from peak to valley, natural rock formations and terrain, supporting all types of off road recreation.
AMENITIES :
- Hale Mountain currently offers free primitive camping with minimum 2 day gate fee as well as Free parking for self contained campers with minimum 2 day gate fee.
- Our free primitive campground is high atop Hale Mountain with plenty of shade trees and level ground to set up the perfect campsite.
- Campers and self contained motor homes can park in the provided camping area at the base of the mountain.
- Enjoy a gathering at our pavilion or just hang out around a campfire and enjoy the great outdoors.

What are the amenities like here?Fairly nice bathrooms. Haven’t showered here, so can’t confirm or deny the water quality, although I did choose to make my coffee with water from the creek instead of the sinks because the first batch tasted weird.
Town is pretty close with a gas station for snacks and a pretty decent fried bologna sandwich.
FANTASTIC WHEELING!!!!
I would say amenities on par with Chocco.

yup, one of the best parks imo, if u have not been u really need to go, I cant make it, but its a great park with tons of rock and trails for all levels.What are the amenities like here?Do not make the mistake of taking a putrid sulfur water shower. Ask me how I know?

I have been considering driving the XJ to some ride this year or next . I baby the thing so much I'm afraid it'd see @Big Dave 's rig & get scared n turn run whimpering back to the garage, lol
once Cadence is driving next year she can bring it & wheel it with us...
