late 70s model
Insulated and dry..no leaks.
She isn't pretty but she is dependable.
Pretty New tires.
Beats the hell out of a tent and at 12 ft. is very movable in wooded areas.
110 wired.
Leaving a new portable heater. Have 2 cushions with it.

Will also trade for an AR-15 with scope.
