134,000 all the major VW service to keep the vw ' s running strong was done at 97,000. Timing belt/ water pump/ idler pulley/ tensioner

I am sorry I misread your question. Not sure on city but Hwy 34 mpg if you stay out of the turbo. I have been cruising at 68 and 70 mph and it's doing really good
