Similar in concept to jerky but IMO much, much better. I tried Biltong for the first time last week and I can't see myself ever going back to regular jerky. Has anyone tried it? The Biltong is so tender and flavorful.

This spicy Peri Peri is awesome.

The pairing with fine wine is definitely not what I think of doing with Jerky.

Definitely the higher end jerky. Very good!

The real stuff in Africa was made from antelope historically. I tried some of that about 20 years ago in Johannesburg. Can't say I remember much about it.
