We build a material handling trailer . It has hydraulicly pop up roller to unload the material. These are the rollers.

Carbon was the direction I wanted to go if I ever upgraded shafts. Apparently their customer service was not great, just based on the comments.

The short answer is the more money you got, the easier it gets. The lathe will machine the part no problem. But someone has to load and unload it. Buy a robot as well and it will do the loading and unloading.

At work we cut DOM tubing and have to machine bearing pockets in each end. It is boring tedious work no one wants to do. Would a CNC lathe be able to do this more easily? Or would some still have to constantly switch out tubes? Is there a way to make this less tedious?
