Title: Bear in Roswell
Post by: Trailabite on September 01, 2022, 11:33:40 AM
This guy has been hanging around Martin's Landing for a few days now.

Supposedly, he was reported to animal control but, since he's not causing a problem they say just leave him alone and he'll move on lol.

Unfortunately for that lil guy, he will find the grill of a car on the highway more than likely.

Ive seen around 6 or so bears up around you over the years.

One story, while driving through Helen there was a bear.  The bear was going through a dumpster by the first restaurant coming into town from the north.  People we not quite close enough to take selfies, but way to close for me.

I think one came by the house a few years back as well.

Ill prob find a beer on canton st somewhere tonight.

We woke up to a bear digging in the Jeep next to our tent one night on the Rubicon trip I was on. We thought it was some kids rummaging through the Jeep that had been hanging around earlier that night. So we jumped out of the tent about 2am to confront them, only to end up about 8 feet from the bear.

We had some teeth marks on plastic bin as a souvenir.

He/she is still hanging around here. Not my porch but a couple streets over from us.

If your familiar with Martins Landing he's been hanging around a neighborhood called Six Branches on the upper north side of the big lake.

Not totally familiar, but a quick map look up did the trick.

Side not, if you ever need help with the buggy, I am not far away.

You'll get it figured out. On the bright side, you're running out of things to fix.

Bring it over on the trailer, we can break out the sawzal, plasma, portaband, ...  It will be torn down much faster than my LJ will be running.

And all leaving with you on said trailer, unless I want something.
