Title: 88 6.2 Diesel suburban
Post by: Krawler00 on September 10, 2013, 10:28:30 AM
Well, hate to sell it, but have to. No time or money to get it back the way it was. If you know me and have seen this sub, you know it is one of the cleanest old trucks around. It would make a hell of a daily driver or shop truck! 23MPG all day and dependable. Not wanting to move much on the price as this truck is well worth the asking amount. I have lost my butt on this truck and really hate to see it go. Somebody will get one hell of a good truck //:'(//

What's the towing capacity on one of these things? Would it be considered the same a 1500 truck?

Kirk is right. This truck is a great DD, but not the best towing machine. I have towed the Jeep on a dolly and it was slow. My goal was to eventually replace the 6.2 with a fuel injected 5.3, but oh well. I don't think this engine will ever die though. She runs great.
