Update.

I'm not going to make it. Extremely frustrated with the hummer right now. Died on me while driving,  replaced alternator and it was fine. Then died again an hour later. Battery holds charge fine.
Gonna throw in the towel and have it towed to a shop..
She's out for the time being..

Better on a surface street than in the mud.  Good luck with the repair.

I'd highly recommend not going to durhamtown alone. I went alone my first time. Got stuck and had to hike for miles with no phone service or water.  Not cool

Fixed it for ya!   //LMAO//

Just kidding...I like Durhamtown if I have not been able to go wheeling for a long time or with the right group of friends.

OMG.  Great photos.

Reminds me of why I'll never go back to Dtown.

Did you have a spare shaft?

Say what you will about Durhamtown but I had a blast and I can't wait to go back. Thanks for the company and friendship Cody, Clark and Sam. You all mad me feel welcomed to the group and Showed me the ropes. I do have to say I shouldn't be left alone near steep hills and I wish I recorded that when I went up it. ( I can't tell if that's Mud or something else on my seat ). I still can't believe  the one thing you brake, You had the part for. I wish I took more pics, so I guess I will have to go back there soon. You guys rock. Thanks again for a great ride. //SLAMIN//

Oh we all think its fun, and most likely we've all been in the mud at least once, but the clean up and wear on parts is awful.  It's really fun in someone elses rig lol.

A few clean ups usually cures most folks of the mud love.  Crawling the rocks is a lot cleaner.

Looks like yall had a great time.

Those with IFS get real good at changing front CV shafts, seems like they go out every time out

I loved it. Cleanup and broken parts are part of the game.

Im already ready to go back, I got some more buddies wanting to join next time too.

Jimmy you fit in the group perfectly and it was a good ass time. Your hill climb was borderline insane and it was great to watch.

Next time we should camp for a night. Cook hotdogs and burgers and put down some cold ones!

What y'all really should do is come out to a
GATR trail ride. You will get to experience a
whole new level of fun. The places we go and
the trails we hit.
