Self-lubricating, self-sealing Rod Ends use increased cross-sectional thickness for greater tensile strength, perfect for demanding Motorsports applications. When loaded, this unique design creates metal to metal contact for unsurpassed strength, yet when unloaded the TeflonŽ/KevlarŽ injected liner will not rattle or squeak like standard two or three piece rod ends. Jam nut included.
EXAMPLE OF STRENGTH:
Chrome Moly; Thread: 3/8" Shank & Hole: 3/8" x 3/8"; Load Capacity: 9,544lbs. = 12.00 (SWAY BAR/MISC.)
Chrome Moly; Thread: 5/8" Shank & Hole: 5/8" x 5/8"; Load Capacity: 17,955lbs. = 22.00
Chrome Moly; Thread: 3/4" Shank & Hole: 3/4" x 1/2"; Load Capacity: 40,572lbs. = 24.00
Chrome Moly; Thread: 3/4" Shank & Hole: 3/4" x 3/4"; Load Capacity: 20,081lbs. = 24.00

If it's the same Rock Krawler HD Tie Rod that I have, it uses the factory TRE's, and ALLSOUTH ad to order them from Jeep.

Will thoes work for a track bar?

Thanks Doug!

Drap -
It really depends on what track bar set up you are running. Let me know the specs and I will set you up with the right kind of ends for your rig.
you do not want to put them on horizontally - they have to be ran vertical (your track bar articulates up & down to far to run it horizontal)
Let me know!

The control arms holdes the axle front to back. The track bar keeps the axle under the jeep right to left. Unless you have trangulated control arms or leaf springs, the track bar is needed for keeping the axle centered under the jeep.
When I Bought my GC it came with a 4.5" lift not installed with a adjustable track bar that was missing the screwed end. I dont have it right now it is in the storage unit, so I cant give you the thread size but I will try to go up there and get it. I will let you know when I get it.

I have an adjustable front track bar for $125.00 - new. that might be an easier way to go. let me know

Sounds like there may be a loose nut behind the wheel causing your problems...
Just kidding with you Doug.

Nobody's gonna argue that! I was taking it easy and looked away, and a rock appeared. LOL.

Taking it easy will get you. It's what started all my trouble, I was just trying to get down the mountain and home. :D
-
Doug. We finished your hydro assist earlier - it drives nice on the road and it's not to touchy.
Don't worry about your tie rod- the high steer knuckles will be out soon. {toast}
