I just e-mailed them. I'm running 3.07, told them that, and am hoping they're ok with that. I'm planning on upgrading but if I can get a better gear ratio AND lockers in the mean time for free?! Why not. We'll see what they say.

We'll the guy wants to trade with me I think. I'm just can't convince myself to trade my 30/44 combo with 3.73's for a 35... Even though there is a $900 locker in it lol. What does the ppl of GATR think?

3.07s are awful. Great if he is willing to trade as it is a great deal for you. 4.56s will be a huge change.
Ben wheeled a 30/35 combo for many years. I would swap a standard 44 for a built 35 to get the upgrade to gears and the front and rear arb's.
If and only if I had an idea of max 33s and finesse wheeling style. The lockers and gears will make a huge difference.
You can do this swap in a day in a drive way side by side.

This. You would be trading down.
But if Jim was able to get it that would be a sweet deal for him, but he would have to really slow down his wheeling style as the 35 does not like to take beatings all that well

I figured you could swap them, sell them, and have cash to build a new axle. You can sell that built 35, someone is gonna want it.

Yea I could do the swap myself but he wants a shop to do it so that's another $350 ish I'd have to pay someone to do something I can do. I think ill stick with the combo I have...

The idea was to do it myself. I haven't heard back from him. Also, I was going to sell the built combo as cash for upgrading at least the rear but probably the front too. We'll see if he gets back to me.

I hate jack ass CL ads like that. No picture but has lots of body damage and they say " no time for 20 questions".

agreed... if you are gonna tell us slight details atleast give pics!! If I had the funds... id swap over the drivetrain from my zj and put the clayton long arm on it... but need to know extent of body/frame damage

The problem is that they are almost all crappy parts (LP D30, D35, 2.5L, NP231 without SYE)! 4.10 gears though, for those who want to stick with a D35. Maybe a salvageable top? I'd love to have a set of full or half doors for cheap (I'd turn full doors into half doors).
If someone grabs it and you want to sell the doors, send me pics and a price. :)
