Tonight I'll throw on a butt I picked up at Sam's. I picked up a whole packer brisket (choice) but I'm gonna wait to do that one another time.

Good luck finding it. Had to hit 3 krogers yesterday to find some.
Jays mom dropped some knowledge on us. She said ask for a rain check. Bingo. I got a rain check and will cash that in at a later time. Pretty cool.

Aj let me know he saw whole packer brisket USDA PRIME at Costco in Cumming for 3.49/lb. I may have to go for a trip soon.

Very nice. Costco Perimeter seems to only have flats. I cooked one about 3 weeks ago and it was real tasty.

If it is sealed, I believe you will get excellent results. But I would defrost in the refrigerator which would probably take a week.

Mine are supposed to be ready for 1, but I'll be closer than I'd like. I've only done boneless one other time and it took forever, but fell apart and was very tasty.
All you have to do is buy a house in our neighborhood and you can join.

It works well. We did it for crab legs.
