Title: Anybody do HVAC or recommend someone?

Our lake shack at Lake Sinclair needs a new HVAC unit.  It works, but it was installed in 1977 lol.  

Looking for a guy that does good work but doesn't charge like the big guys.

Details:
1000 sq ft
2.5 Ton
15 SEER
All electric
Crawl space

Could trade out part for a week on the lake.

have you tried recharging it? I can recharge systems... $35 per LB of freeon plus like $20 road trip... typical system usually needs 2-3lbs

It is fully charged and runs.  35 years old, undersized and very inefficient.
