Hey everyone, I have not been to Beasley knob, but the website says the trails are difficult to most difficult and are for very experienced riders only. am curious as to how difficult the trails really are, keep in mind I have a barely lifted blazer and mud terrains... Is it too much for me?
Thanks
Brad

last time I went the trails were pretty rutted out, with steep v ditches. I don't think a mildly lifted vehicle would get too far

Beasley has some easy trails that lead to ruts, steep hills, and off camber crawls so you can get into trouble quick.
Don't go alone.

Thanks for the info. I am trying to find a good place to go on my first trail ride. What would you suggest?
Thanks

Forest Service Roads would be great.
Try these:

A stock 4wd offroad vehicle can manage most of Beasely when it's dry as long as you have someone experienced along to help out and advise. You need the basic recovery gear and tow points f/r.

Thanks for the map. I think I will try those out this weekend if the weather is good. I am willing to try Beasley knob in May if I can, atleast go and watch if I cannot ride them myself.
