Title: Residential Contractor Referrals

Hey guys,

We are in the process of buying a house and have a few updates that we'd like to do as soon as we get in. We will be replacing floors and doing some painting right away. Typically I'd try to do most of this on my own, but just have too much going on right now to do that. Does anyone have and good flooring or painting guys they'd recommend?
