I have one for my tj.  Mine is not the wrap around kind.  Since mine isn't the wrap around kind, I do get wind blowing back in...and mist if it is raining.  I was hoping I could run with it all winter instead of a full top, but that didn't work out for me.

Loosely install it with all straps, then tighten the straps. On the tj there is a plate you have to install at the hump/step-up that transitions between the front and rear seat area.  If you have that piece to install, now is the time to determine if you are going to run with or without carpet.  I run without carpet.

I do not have the dust cover, but that looks like a nice addition.

Well when my seat covers and windjammer come in i will try and do a review, maybe post it.  a guy at work has the besttop wrap around ( i did not get the wrap around ).  but i want to see if it keeps drafts out.
