6, that's a heat wave. Up here in MN they are predicting 12 to 15 below 0 with wind chills down to 60 below 0. They said in this kind of weather exposed skin will get frost bite within 5 minutes. We love it here! NOT........

Had to get out my winter jacket, hat and gloves to walk the dogs this morning.  What the heck?  Feels like I'm back in Michigan.

I've lost my winter coat by losing about 40-50 lbs, I'm always cold now.

My mom lives in Ohio, she was saying the same thing!! And they are getting a bad blizzard tomorrow and Monday.

Was it just me, or was anyone else hoping for some snow yesterday, mainly just to drive the Jeep around it in?

Hope you guys are all dripping the outside faucets, or have them cut off inside and drained the spigot.  Some water lines aren't buried deep enough not to freeze at the meter when it stays below freezing more than 12 hours.

Yeah.  I cleaned out (moved stuff around really) so I could park in the garage this week.

Jeep was froze this morning. Thought I had enough antifreeze in it. Guess not. Will work on that when I get off at 7:30 tonite.

Edit. Got off early today. Thawed out by that time. Added a little more antifreeze. Ought to be fine from now on.

Tundra cranked up with no issue...I ran out in under wear and shoes to get it going while I got dressed (there's an image that will stick with you).  I purposefully didn't turn on the cab heater so the engine and transmission could get up to temp.  Power steering was s bit slow at first.  Then at the drive through the window wouldn't go down because it was frozen to the seal.

I'll take hot and humid...please.

Yep, my Leaf was warm and toasty.  It was plugged up and I can turn on the heater, seat heater and steering wheel heater all from an app on my phone.

 //LMAO//

Apparently it got down to 6 degrees F last night in ATL, a new record! On another note, I woke up late this morning so ended up taking a cold shower since all the hot water was used...not fun.

I do that every time I'm not in the Jeep. People look at me funny when I'm in my wife's Mini Cooper and I wave at them. Lol

It was a whole 5 degrees out this morning. LJ fired up with no problems. Heater was toasty by the time I was 3 minutes from the house.

Our high yesterday was -5 and the low was -17, oh, and then there was the windchill thing -35! Today our high is supposed to go up 35 and then it's back down to negative temps by Saturday morning and its not warming back up above 0 until maybe Thursday next week.

I will take cold over 100 hot sultry summer days. The older I get the more I hate the summer heat and humidity.

forget that crap.  Give me the heat any day.  As I get older my tolerance for cold is going down quick.  I'm not a fan of the humidity we have here but its better than 10 F'ing degrees.

You think you are cold.

My wife sleeps (in our bed) in a 30 degree sleeping bag.

Our heat is set on 68. I sleep in my skivvies & sweat with the covers on.

BTW, her heat in her car went out this week. Bad thermostat. I need to fix it this weekend.
