Here is the picture of the toolbox at our vehicle maintenance facility at my office. 8 feet tall, 6 feet wide, Snap on box. Full of bad ass Snap on tools.

Nice! Nothing like having a good set of great tools.

Somebody has their retirement in a box.

Tony, my mechanic in town has that beat. Makes that look like a truck box. I will try to swing by and get a pic sometime. Thing is atleast 12ft wide and every bit of 9-10ft tall. Friggin nuts!

Ill see if I can dig up a picture of my dad's old tool box, he was a 15yr Volvo mechanic, and a 17yr chrysler mechanic and he bought his box off the showroom floor at the tool expo of like 2001 at the matco booth.

I like that you sat the big guy next to it for scale //smoke//
-
Yes, that shows the scale of this beast. I bet it was an easy 5 digit set up.
-
That box alone must have cost at least a few hundred dollars.
-
That will be close to 30k or better! //letseat//

I've bought houses for less....

Was it a crack house?
LOL.

There is a difference in owning tools and knowing how to use them.

I never saw the use in the Snap On units. This is one of our pit boxes plus two more, tire carts and a crash cart. Great at the track and shop. This box the top folds out to a bench seat and rail for spotting on pit road.
